Milwaukee 8® Softail ST 2-1 Full Length Exhaust
The NOON Racing Milwaukee 8® Softail 2-1 exhaust is a no nonsense, hand built, high performance exhaust system that compromises nothing, even aesthetic. This high flowing exhaust features full 1 7/8” primary headers. Constructed of sanitary grade 304L stainless steel tubing that is TIG welded and fully back purged. All bends are CNC bent and have a semi-polished inner surface. This system is FULL length. It is designed to be more like a Touring style exhaust that ends at the end of the saddle bags. The muffler is built in-house with a 3K weave carbon fiber muffler body, and billet T6 6061 aluminum end cap and transition collar. The muffler is fully serviceable.
Most aftermarket Harley exhausts use slip fit stepped headers from 1 3/4” to 1 7/8”. This type of junction creates unnecessary turbulence inside the primary header. To achieve this full 1 7/8” primary header I utilize a precision machined header inlet instead of the formed style the competitors use. This allows you to use the OEM header flange, clips and studs. It also greatly improves flow throughout the exhaust. This exhaust is designed tight and high to allow maximum lean angle.
This pipe produces nice, deep tones. When driven normally the decibels are low and easy on the neighborhood. Open up the throttle a little bit for some “spirited riding” and this pipe really comes alive with a deep bark on every throttle crack.
Currently available for all Harley Davidson Softail Models 2018 and up.
