Porsche 964 Billet Valve Covers

Let’s face it, if you own a 964 and it still has the factory magnesium valve covers on it, there is most likely an oil puddle under your car as we speak. We set out to create the best looking, highest precision replacement available. These covers are machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum. Designed to perfectly accept the OEM valve cover gaskets and hardware. Most aftermarket options sacrifice features to gain simplicity for easier manufacturing. They eliminate things like the mounting points for the spark plug wire clips and properly angled holes to match the angle of the spark plug boots. We went all the way with our covers.

Meticulously designed by Noon, and manufactured by Korzan Enterprises right here in New York State.

By using billet material and increasing surface area, heat dissipation will be increased. Compared to the factory magnesium covers there is a considerable increase in part stiffness and resistance to warping from heat. Both being important when building a high performance engine.

We intend on having the option to purchase these with fins across the top surface. Hot engine oil is in contact with the interior of these covers when the engine is in operation. By applying fins we’ve effectively added more surface area, creating a heat sink to help expel high engine temperatures. This added to the denser properties of billet compared to cast, heat dissipation rates are greatly improved over stock. This is much more important on the lower valve cover. Due to its lower position and close proximity to the exhaust system, this cover sees some high temps.
